Manage acquisition, loyalty & retention, cross-sell, up-sell and churn mitigation campaigns for Clients. This involves:
Developing campaign strategy proposals and costing workbooks for Clients.
Working with the Client and internal teams to identify target segments for campaigns.
Working with the Client to develop and implement campaign offers.
Set-up and execution of multi-channel campaigns via Mobile App, Website, SMS, E-mail, Telemarketing, Social Media and Direct Mail.
Liaising with Client and 3rd party agencies to obtain creative content for mobile app and websites.
Developing campaign-related communications, typically limited to SMS copy, eDM design and copy.
Supervise the set-up of STARDriver® CRM software modules for campaigns.
Specifying reporting requirements for campaigns.
Working with the Call Centre team on telemarketing scripts, FAQs and daily KPI achievement to ensure the success of telemarketing campaigns.
Maintaining up-to-date campaign documentation and budget.
Daily tracking of campaign results with internal stakeholders.
Providing Client with weekly e-mail updates on campaign status.
Preparing and conducting monthly business reviews with Clients.
Identifying and driving new business opportunities.
Ensuring timely billings and collections for a given Client engagement.
Developing mid-to-senior level Client relationships and being regarded by the Client as a trusted advisor.
The job involves:
Maintenance and enhancement of proprietary CRM Software modules.
Development and configuration of modules and applications for Clients using proprietary CRM Software.
Working on the latest Oracle database, products and technology.
Working on mobile apps and websites.
Documentation of systems including design and technical specifications.
Working with testers to develop test plans.
Bug fixing.
The candidate must have:
2 or more years of experience in Oracle database development.
Knowledge of Oracle Application Express will be a significant advantage.
Knowledge of mobile app development for android and ios is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Java and Java Script is an added advantage.
Must be proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, and SQL.
Must have developed database applications for the web.
Profici.ent in MS Office – Excel, Access, Word.
Must possess good problem solving skills.
Must have Good written and oral communication skills.
A degree qualification or equivalent
The job involves:
